Do you allow use of your pictures?
Use of our pictures, logos and all website content is protected by copyright laws. Only when we have given express written confirmation can you use any of the aforementioned.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No you can register as a guest and only provide information we need to process your order.

Do you have a shop?
No we are an online retailer only.

Do you sell elsewhere?
We currently have a shop on Ebay where we sell a selection of all our products and Amazon which we sell jewellery only.

Can I pick up my order?
We are sorry but our insurance strictly prohibits customers entering or premises

I want more items than are available on your website
We share our stock between our website and other venues; it is possible we may have more items than are available on our site or can order them for you. Please contact us if you need more than are available to buy on our website.

Do you do discounts for large orders?
Discounts may be available depending on the size/value of an order, please contact us first before placing an order to discuss. Discounts cannot be given retrospectively

Do you sell your items wholesale?

I haven’t got a PayPal account how do I pay?
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for items on our site.  PayPal provide a service where you can use your debit or credit card and they in conjunction with your card provider process your payment.  To do this chose the option to pay by debit/credit card at check out and follow the instructions.

Do you take card payments over the telephone?
We regret that currently we do not have the facility to process payments over the phone
