We comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's).
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item please email us providing your order number and date of purchase at email@example.com .You do not have to provide a reason, though it is helpful to us if you can do so.
On receipt of your email, we will authorise the return, provide a returns number and details of where to return your item/s too.
Please be aware, item/s are deemed in your care until the item/s is returned to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure, all returned items are wrapped securely and appropriately so they reach us back in the condition they were sent.
We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage for all items returned as we do not have any responsibility to refund items lost or damaged in the post and you may need this proof to take up your case with the carrier you use to return the item.
Please ensure all items are returned with ALL original packaging and in the same condition as sent and if applicable (see below) with original tags in place.
Once we receive the item/s back, as above, we will issue a refund, including the original postage cost paid, or, where multiple items were purchased in the same order, a proportion thereof
The cost of returning ALL items must be met by you (the customer).
Items purchased for Xmas gifts
We may at our discretion, extend our 14 day returns period if the item is a gift or during the Xmas period.
If you require an extension for these reasons, please contact us and we will provide you with written confirmation of an extended date.
Once the extension period has expired we cannot accept the item for return.
Please note: If you do not request an extended date AND receive an email from us, confirming the extension, the 14 day returns period still applies.
IMPORTANT: Some of our accessories come with tags attached. Please do NOT remove the tags until you have thoroughly inspected the items and are sure you wish to keep them.
The refund you receive may be affected for items returned where the tags have been removed or tampered with, even if they are damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
