Placing an order.
By placing an order with Glitzy Glamour Ltd you agree you have read and understand our terms of trading.
It is your responsibility, as the customer, to ensure accurate information is provided when placing an order with Glitzy Glamour. This includes address details and contact telephone number. If a wrong address is proved to have led to an order having not been received we do not have an obligation to refund.
All items are held in stock. In the unlikely event we take an order that we cannot fulfil, for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, or cancel your order.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease product prices without notice.
Credit Card Security
We accept Paypal payments and all major credit and debit cards via Paypal
Please note: you do NOT have to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card via Paypal.
All credit and debit card details are handled via Paypal’s secure network within 128-bit encrypted session. Glitzy Glamour do not have access or visibility of ANY credit or debit card information you enter to pay for your order.

Postage and Delivery
We ship within the UK and internationally to all EU countries and some countries outside of the EU.

We aim to post all orders within 2 working day.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail within the UK.
Although we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly, we have no control over Royal Mail delivery, adverse weather conditions or other reasons which may cause a delay in your order getting to you.
Please note: Working days include Monday to Friday only they do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
The prices quoted on our website are in sterling. Glitzy Glamour have no control over exchange rates and any amount you are finally charged once payment has been processed.
Furthermore all orders outside the EU may be subject to the recipient countries import tax and duties, which again we have no responsibility or control over and which are payable by you, the customer.
Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .
Glitzy Glamour take no responsibility for international orders lost or damaged in transit, orders are placed at the buyers risk.
If you wish to cancel an order you can do so at any time, before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
The order can be returned to us for a full refund under the terms stated in our returns policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason, in such cases we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible.
14 Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy.

This section covers orders which arrive faulty and NOT change of mind returns.
We take every step to ensure your order reaches us in perfect condition, including checking all items thoroughly before dispatch and using adequate packaging to protect your order in transit.
In the unlikely event your order does not reach you in perfect condition it is your responsibility to inspect all goods and contact us as soon as is reasonably possible within 5 working days and no later than 14 days of receipt.
Please provide your order details including contact information and order number as well as photographic evidence of the problem and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure you do not remove any tags which may be in place, removal of tags will be seen as deemed acceptance of the order and will be treated as worn and this may effect any refund you may receive.
Please note: Faults reported after 5 days will be dealt with at our discretion on a case by case basis and items reported as faulty after 14 days will not be refunded.
Any faulty goods returned without prior authorisation will not be covered under these terms and may be returned to the buyer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please include your name telephone number, address and order number. And we will take the matter up with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.
We do not accept any responsibility for international orders lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds will be issued by us within 3 working days of us receiving the returned items.
Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer it make take several days for the refund we have issued to appear in your account. Glitzy Glamour have no control over any delays incurred by banks or card providers.
Glitzy Glamour Ltd, own, or are the licensee to all logos, photographs, information, materials (Intellectual Property) on this site. You must not use, copy, quote or otherwise any of the above, for commercial or malicious reasons. Any infringement of our Intellectual Property will be take very seriously and may result in prosecution.
For the benefit of doubt this does not include using our site for positive promotion on social media sites

All reviews should be informative and should be about the product purchased. We reserve the right to delete reviews which we consider offensive, misleading or contain inflammatory statements, bad language, references to other sites, individuals or companies, contain personal information or are damaging to our brand.
